MVMT Pilates & Wellness Studio focuses on delivering a diverse portfolio of movement and workout classes. We offer excellent equipment from Personal Hour and Balanced Body, along with other products from Manduka, Alo, etc.
The Pilates portion will focus on Joseph Pilates's principles.
At MVMT Pilates & Wellness Studio, we believe movement is the first requisite of happiness, and our classes focus on developing a meaningful mind-body connection that lasts long after a class or a private has ended.
